Signing in

If a confirmation or reset link has expired, go back to sign-in and ask for a new one. Links work once, on the device you open them on.

A photo was not analysed

Analysis needs a connection. Photos taken offline are kept on your phone and analysed once you are back online. If one still says “Not analysed”, open it and try again, or fill in the answers yourself.

Deleting your account

In the app: open the account menu (your initial, top right, or your name at the bottom of the side panel) and choose Delete account. It deletes your account, every question and photo you saved, and your review history, at once and for good.
